Returns for Holiday items cannot be returned after the Holiday. Returns for holiday items shipped before the holiday are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Light-O-Rama and Non-Holiday Specific Items
Undamaged Light-O-Rama and Non-Holiday Specific products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges.
Shipping
All returned orders must include the original packaging and be returned to us freight prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and recommend insuring the shipment for the product cost. We suggest shipping with a traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. At your request we will send you shipping labels to return your order.
